Our Works

In view of the current limitation in public resources for mental health services despite the growing demand, and the expansion of lifestyle medicine, we have been conducting research projects to enhance psychological well-being through lifestyle and promoting low-intensity psychological interventions to be incorporated to the current mental health system. In doing so, we hope to prevent and intervene early to provide evidence-based psychological interventions. Moreover, our research also focuses on sleep problem interventions, especially insomnia.
